Open app.thotatracker.com in Safari on your iPhone or iPad. Must be Safari — not Chrome or Firefox.
Tap Share
Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen — the box with an arrow pointing up.
Add to Home Screen
Scroll down in the Share sheet and tap "Add to Home Screen".
Tap Add
Confirm by tapping "Add" in the top right. ThotaTracker now appears on your home screen like any other app.
Tip: Once installed, ThotaTracker opens in full-screen with no browser bars — exactly like a native app. Works offline from the first open.

Open app.thotatracker.com in Google Chrome on your Android phone.
Tap the menu
Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Tap "Install app"
Select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install app". A banner may also appear at the bottom of the screen automatically.
Confirm
Tap "Install". ThotaTracker appears on your home screen and in the app drawer.
Tip: On many Android phones, Chrome automatically shows an install banner at the bottom of the page — tap it to install in one step.

Do I need to download from the App Store?
No. Open app.thotatracker.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), tap "Add to Home Screen" — it works exactly like a native app. No Play Store, no App Store, no updates to approve.
Can I share access with my mestri or partner?
Yes. Invite your mestri, a family partner, or accountant — each with their own login. You control what they can view or edit, and which date range they can make changes in.
What types of estates does it support?
Coffee, tea, pepper, areca, and mixed estates. Multiple estates and bit-level subdivisions are supported within a single account — useful if you manage more than one property.
How long does setup take?
Typically one hour. We help you enter your estates, workers, mestris, and rates together. After that your mestri can run daily sessions independently — the workflow is straightforward enough for anyone who can use a smartphone.
Can I export to Excel?
Yes. Export session data, worker summaries, and processing records to Excel at any time — useful for sharing with your accountant or for your own seasonal analysis.
